Trust is the only thing that has kept us alive for the last 100 years. We have seen many rainy days and Sun shine, and many more to come. The only reason for our survival is the trust of people on us and on our workmanship .
I am very disappointed at this moment. I live in the UK, I purchased scale changing harmonium in June 2025, it was delivered on 25 June and I first played it on 27 June. I noticed one reed was not sounding properly so I immediately contacted. It’s been over one month that I have not been properly guided how to fix the issues, I followed the first advice but it didn’t work. Now due to time zone difference and personnel travelling abroad, inspite of contacting few times and waiting patiently, I don’t think I am getting right customer service for such an expensive product. I do not know how this will be solved or if at all it will be solved. I have already paid such a huge amount, this is for my daughter, she can’t now use it properly and I am feeling like I am stuck. I definitely expected better customer service. Very disappointed. Thanks
