Even though the shop was crowded and the staff were all occupied, a lady named Kylie spotted us and immediately took action. She promptly rang up another colleague to assist us—she was so swift and ensured we weren't left waiting. Truly impressive customer priority!
I was then served by Kai Ng, and his service was tip-top. Despite the rush, he was incredibly patient and professional. He never made us feel hurried and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we had a great experience.
Special thanks also to JC, who constantly checked in on my Mum to make sure she was comfortable and enjoying the chair.

Was looking for a massage chair for our new house. Tried Osim's latest chair and then chanced upon Ogawa outlet. Was invited to give their massage chairs a go, and it was the best experience ever.
While Osim chair has some fringe benefits, Ogawa chair is undeniably a better and more value more money option.
