This company exceeded my expectations going above and beyond in quality punctuality and efficieny. Benjamin is an absolute elite, extremely professional kind knowledgeable and highly skilled . He also stands by his work by being very reponsive to a small concern months after the job was complete. Benjamin sent workers out within a few hours of my notifying him to rectify the issue, AT NO COST!!! The shower doors are gorgeous and high quality installation. All of his workers are also very professional courteous and efficient. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Run do not walk over to Exceptional Shower doors for all of your needs. You will not be disappointed!

Very unprofessional. Everything was fine until I experienced an issue with the defective hydraulic hinges. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to get Edison to return for the repairs. He either does not return phone or text messages or makes promises to return but simply does not show up. He is unreliable. I now need to find another contractor to perform the work.

Can’t recommend Ben and his company enough. Super professional and very high quality work and materials. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to other friends and family undergoing bathroom renovations in New Jersey. I went with the Cambridge style in brushed bronze which was a great match for my bathroom hardware. Absolutely gorgeous!

Ben made us a glass shower encasement 5 years ago…. This past week I accidentally broke one of the glass windows on my antique front door just days before having company. After searching for hours for a place to get a new piece of glass I reached out to Ben, who not only provided me with the glass but cut it for me after work hours and provided it for free. He said “once a client always a client”. I’ll never forget this. Can’t beat this kind of customer service.

Today Benjamin helped us with replacing the door sweeps and seals as they were getting old and needed to be replaced. This company stands by their name! After YouTubing for hours about custom glass shower doors I came across a video of a custom installation for a bathroom that looked exactly like mine from this company. The video was very detailed and thoroughly explained. I was sold! We set up the appointment and the owner came out and took measurements and answered all of my Questions. He even met my timeline of getting the shower installed before the Holidays. In less than 3 weeks my doors were ready for installation. Installation team was respectful and knowledgeable. Once I gave it a week to dry I used my shower. I noticed some leaking and after the second use reached out via email at almost midnight without an expectation of a response until the next day. Nope surprisingly I got a reply within 5 min. I was impressed. After some back and forth the owner himself and a team mate came back out and looked at the job. They had to make some accommodations and fix some minor issues which is always possible in custom designs! I haven't had an issue since and I have happily confirmed no more leaks after 10 consecutive uses! Let me not forget I live over an hr away from the business office /origination location! I 100/100 recommend! Not because they are perfect but because they care and will make whatever issues or wrongs right!!!!! Exceptional Glass you truly are Exceptional!!'

I can't say enough good things about Ben & his company. I had a guest coming over at my house and I needed a new shower door installed at my renovated bathroom and he actually accomodated my request by picking up the material himself and installed it ahead of schedule. He also came back about a week later to readjust the door hinges at my request. Thanks again Ben for a job well done!

Now I know the difference between "custom" glass and buying your glass prefab from the racks at Home Depot or other similar stores. Exceptional glass is extremely professional, prompt, and did quality work. Most impressive was their quality service. Upon questioning the rationale for the final placement of some of our glass in our bathroom Ben and Levi, first attempted to explain over the phone, and then came out to the house to adequately explain to us why they had to "customize" the installation to compensate for significant contractor errors. We never got the feeling that they were annoyed (unlike most once they have your money) bullying us with trade words or that they were just stopping by as a gesture. They gave us all the options and explained the pros and cons of any changes. Their knowledge of balancing structural integrity with function, and ultimately aesthetics was very impressive, as is the final product. We have three more bathrooms to go and will undoubtedly reach out to them again.
