I lost my husband in 2023. I tried everything to help me find clarity and heal, nothing worked. I reached out to Crystal to see if maybe we could try something alternative. I never believed in reiki or chakras. I do now. What Crystal did in 1 session, topped everything else I have ever tried by miles. She gave me a safe space to start to release my past trauma and to help find my peace. With her knowledge and guidance, I feel more grounded and more self aware and conscious. Anyone that has had problems with traditional therapies I highly recommend NHH !! Thank you, Crystal!!

I was having terrible pain throughout the whole week due to my endometriosis and nothing I was doing was helping. Now I'm much more relaxed and able to function now that the excess tension was released. Would recommend for anyone dealing with chronic pain

I came to Crystal for help on a professional music video I needed. Not only did she create an amazing video,(she was just doing it to help me out) but while I was there I told her I had a recurring UTI which prescriptions could not relieve. She recommended two products, a chlorophyll cleanse and a bladder support product. After only 24 hours I saw instant improvement. I m going to stay on these for one month then have my doctor test again. Crystal is a professional all the way. She answers questions, responds to texts and emails, listens and offers superior products!
