This was my son’s very first school, and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts. From the very beginning, I felt the love, care, and trust of the teachers, which gave me the confidence and peace every parent hopes for when leaving their child for the first time.
The level of organization and communication with families is truly exceptional. As parents, we always felt supported, informed, and listened to. What stands out the most is the genuine affection, dedication, and professionalism of the entire team.

My child attended Learning Best Edgewater for two years. The teachers themselves are good and genuinely caring, and they work hard with the kids.
Unfortunately, the ownership and management are very disappointing and overshadow the positives.
Activities get canceled (such as music) with no communication to parents. There is constant penny-pinching — parents are repeatedly given long shopping lists (30+ items) for small things like napkins and supplies, even when bringing food. Costs go up every year, yet services and activities continue to be reduced.
When concerns are raised, Ms. Meybis shows little interest in resolving them. Each complaint is met with the same reaction, and no real action is ever taken.
It’s frustrating to see tuition increase while the quality and offerings decrease year after year. Because of this, we ultimately chose to leave.
I would strongly recommend parents look elsewhere — Kinuvu on 22nd is a much better option.

My niece and nephew graduated from TLN and had a wonderful experience. My 14-month-old just started last month and the director personally helped us with a smooth transition. Now he walks in happy every day—we’re excited for all TLN has to offer!

The Learning Nest is a fabulous preschool. Our little one started at just 18 months and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. Not only was our daughter super happy, she learned and grew so much during her time here. They run a great Montessori preschool that I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff and teachers are amazing. Everyone knows everyone and everyone helps everyone. It’s more of a family atmosphere which we loved. Ms. Ivonne who had our daughter from the very start was just incredible! She really brought out the best in our daughter. The director, assistants, and school coordinator are all wonderful and communicate so well with parents. 10 stars!

Amazing school. My son is 2yrs old. He wakes up every morning super excited to learn. His teacher Ms. Marianna and assistant teacher are both great; as well as the other staff. Everyone is helpful, informative, kind, professional. I love that they keep a log throughout the day of when my son ate, potty trained or diaper change, nap time. They send pictures often. I have seen that they do lot of daily activities that educate such as eating, washing hands, cleaning up after themselves. School teaches them to be independent in there own way. The school also goes with the same pace the child is going. Of course doing these things at home also help, but the children being surrounded with other children close to there age help a lot more. My husband and I are beyond grateful!

TLN was the very best starting point my son could ever have for his education. My expectations were high and they have been met.
After leaving a well-known preschool due to the way they handled a few situations I discovered TLN. The school is family-run (founders and administrators) so there is a clear and consistent mission to the true Montessori principles and teaching styles, not a “trend-driven” Montessori school.
The academic standards are high, and the only parents I met that were not satisfied with the school misunderstood the pedagogical approach and the way they prepare kids for life. They are tough when they have to be and are very diligent in communicating learning and discipline issues always working together collaborative ways to work it out. The team is amazing and very personal in dealing with us.
To sum up: we wanted a supportive, nurturing, and challenging environment that rewards independence, kindness to others, and hard work. Education with compassion and creativity. TLN did all of this.

I have an only daughter and choosing a school for her was the most important thing I’ve done so far. After lots of researches and visits to other places, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. My daughter started school at TLN when she was 2,5 year, I was insecure and sad by leaving her, but all the staff and her teacher were so kind and attentive to my feelings and my daughter’s needs that my experience was smooth and pleasant. My daughter still attends TLN and I love every aspect of the school. The teachers are high qualified, the school is very clean and neat, and the Montessori program is incredible. I’m sure o made the right decision by choosing TLN as my daughter’s firs school!

I have had 2 children go through The Learning Nest from 1.5-5 years for both of them. We started there the day they opened and have been in love ever since. Both my children developed a sense of independence and self confidence from attending the school. The children are kind to one another and mine have been so happy with all their classmates. We love TLN and would recommend it to anyone.
