Richard and his team solved a 15 year problem with our air source heat pump. The initial installation by a different company was flawed. We decided to look at Heat Geek engineers and Richard's company was close by. He made an initial assessment, provided us with feedback and suggested a solution. He and his team were delightful to work with. The whole, new installation went well and we now have a warm and cosy home. It has shown no problems. A huge relief! We are absolutely delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Quick and positive response to my enquiry. Very efficient on both admin and carrying out of the works. Arrived when promised and kept us posted in the meantime. Richard came to service our Aga cooker. I was delighted to eventually find an engineer as I was looking for quite some time. Connie his administrator was so incredibly helpful when I contacted this company. Richard was excellent in his servicing of our very old aga. He explained in detail about what the service would entail and was painstakingly thorough and very professional. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again.

15 year old boiler had issues. Richard came straight out and fixed it. Am impressed with the whole service, letting me know they were on their way, sorting the problem and explaining what they had done plus a follow up text to check if everything was ok was a nice touch. Highly recommend them and thanks to Connie too.

Had a problem with the heating side of my oil fired Rayburn and was all fixed within a week, including waiting for a part to arrive. Friendly, courteous and did a great job. We have heat again! I would highly recommend MS Cookers and Boilers.
