From the very beginning, Natalie was brilliant — she booked me in quickly, communicated clearly, and kept me updated every step of the way, which immediately gave me confidence in the company. I’d been getting increasingly frustrated with large amounts of moss constantly falling from the roof, and it was obvious the gutters hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time.
On the day, the team arrived promptly and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They set up freestanding scaffolding and arrived fully equipped, with all machinery neatly organised in their van. They connected to our outdoor tap and power supply and got straight to work, clearly knowing exactly what they were doing.
The transformation was honestly impressive. Years of dirt and moss had made the roof appear almost black, and once cleaned, it revealed its original red colour underneath — something we hadn’t seen in years. It completely changed the look of the house.
They even went above and beyond by returning the following morning to finish the job, as there was more work involved than initially expected. This was done without any fuss and was very much appreciated.
By the end of the job, we were extremely happy with the results. The house looks so much cleaner and smarter, and the quality of the work really speaks for itself. Several of our neighbours have already commented on how good it looks and are now booking Midlands Cleaners Limited themselves.
