MGM did and amazing job and it was nice to deal directly with the owner and have him perform the work. The owner came out on a Sunday afternoon within one hour of calling to diagnose a furnace that stopped working. His after hours service call fee was a great price and ended up being applied towards any additional work. He was able to fire up the furnace and visually show me what was happening, why it was unsafe, and provided a solution . Unfortunately it was worst case scenario and I needed a new furnace. He was able to get me on the schedule right away and installed a new furnace one day later on Tuesday morning. He put in a new high efficient furnace, corrected some duct work issues that he wasn't thrilled about, built a new plenum, air sealed all the new connections, and installed a new thermostat for a great price. He arrived on time, left the place clean, and his work was high quality. I highly recommend him compared to the big companies and I will be calling him for anything in the future.

Our furnace stopped working on a Friday night. I called MGM first thing Saturday morning and Gedeon was at my house within a half hour to diagnose the problem. Turns out we needed a new unit (ours was 25 years old), so they came back first thing Monday morning and got it done. Extremely fair pricing. Highly recommend MGM!

Our furnace died on a very, very cold December night. After calling many Rochester area so-called 24/7 services and being told we couldn’t be helped until anywhere from 24 hrs to a week later, I was able to reach MGM Heating and Cooling.
Gedeon answered promptly and showed up at my door within an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem, get my furnace running, and explained that I would need a new one. Given his more than reasonable fee for both my emergency repair and quoted installation of a new furnace, I hired MGM on the spot and got a new high efficiency furnace installed the next day. The installation went smoothly, and the team cleaned up very well.
I can’t thank MGM enough for their fast response and excellent workmanship, correcting errors made by the previous installation and alterations made before we bought our house. I wholeheartedly recommend MGM, Gedeon, and his team.
