I’m leaving this review based on my experience with communication and follow-through. I had a scheduled meeting with Omar that he didn’t show up for. After I reached out to ask if he was coming, he responded that he would be about 1.5 hours later, which made it seem like the appointment may have been forgotten. The project itself was very simple — adding built-in shelving around an existing fireplace. During our initial conversation, Omar seemed knowledgeable and experienced, and he did come out to take measurements, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after that, communication stopped. I followed up twice with questions and asked for an estimate but never received a response. I completely understand if someone is too busy or decides not to take on a project, but a quick response or clear communication would have been much more professional.

We recently remodeled our master bath and Omar of M&F Custom Cabinets did a beautiful job with our new vanity. We stopped by his shop to chat with him and we got to see how he makes such beautiful cabinetry. He matched a sample of the stain we wanted and he has someone who did the countertop and sink. Our experience was top notch. We have a kitchen remodel next year and we will be speaking with Omar again.

We recently hired Omar from M&F Custom Cabinets to complete many projects in our home. We are extremely happy with their work. The quality of their product as well as their workmanship is superior. The scope of their projects included installing new cabinets and countertops in our laundry room, a feature (wood design) wall and custom bookcase in our living room, cabinets with countertop with two towers with glass shelves in our recreation room, and cabinets in our kitchen that extend our storage space and now accommodates a new tall wine fridge. They also installed a feature fluted wood wall that includes a hidden door leading to a storage area. All projects were completed in a timely manner and the outcome was seamless. Every project looks original to our home. We appreciate their attention to detail and their high quality product and workmanship. We highly recommend Omar and his team at M&F Custom Cabinets!
