Astra is a highly skilled massage therapist who truly understands muscle anatomy and knows exactly how to follow muscle pathways and apply the right amount of pressure based on each person’s needs. After a full week of skiing, I booked a one-hour session with her on the eighth day, and the difference was remarkable. My muscles felt completely relaxed, recovered, and ready for a new day on the slopes. An excellent experience that I highly recommend to anyone who skis or practices physically demanding activities. 💯⛷️

Today I received the most amazing massage from Esther. Because of my back pain I usually hesitate to book massages during holidays, but this was truly the best one I’ve ever had. It was the perfect combination of physical therapy and relaxation, and it did wonders for my back. I booked another session straight away! I only wish she lived in my hometown.

Cela fait déjà la deuxième fois déjà que j'ai fait appel à Esther pour un massage à mon domicile. Esther est une masseuse atypique avec les mains en or. C'est un moment de détente absolu. Un peu différent que tous les massages auxquels nous sommes habitués dans notre région. Elle offre un massage profond, doux mais intense à la fois, vous ne serez pas déçu. Je la recommande vivement.

I had a session with Esther during the Inferno Dolomites & Slovenia race, and it made all the difference. After consecutive mountain stages my legs were wrecked, but she quickly identified the problem areas and worked with real skill to get me back in shape for the next day. She’s professional, attentive, and clearly understands what endurance athletes need. The same goes in winter – I know she also works in Les Arcs, and anyone skiing there would be lucky to have her support. Highly recommended for proper sports massage, whether you’re racing, training, or skiing.

Expérience extraordinaire! Esther est venue dans notre logement de location à Arc 1600.(Elle reçoit également en cabinet.) Nous avons pû avoir le privilège de nous succéder en famille sur sa table de massage très confortable (et chauffante!!) Ma fille de 17 ans a choisi le massage décontractant, mon fils de 8 ans a pu bénéficier d'un massage relaxant adapté, moi j'ai choisi le massage suédois. On est tous les 3 très satisfaits. Esther est à l'écoute et respecte les pudeurs ou complexes de chacun. C'était juste génial! Je recommande!

After 2 hard days of trail running my legs were done. Luckily, a local estate agent who noticed my discomfort recommended Esther. I managed to book an appointment for the following day and thankfully her knowledge and use of various techniques significantly reduced the discomfort that evening. The following day my legs felt almost normal again. I can definitely recommend a deep tissue / sports massage with Esther. Thanks again Steve

I had such a brilliant massage from Esther! I had badly pulled a muscle in my back and was needing to take very strong painkillers just to be able to move around. Esther gave me one massage and the pain was gone!! I've never experienced anything like it. MAGIC!! Highly recommend.
