I had my Hulchi Belluni bracelet resized, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful, and their communication was great from start to finish. They patiently answered all of my questions and made sure everything was handled perfectly. I’d definitely return to buy another bracelet to stack in the future.

The staff at Landsberg Jewelers were incredibly kind. I ran four miles from my parents’ house to get my girlfriend’s necklace fixed, and when I arrived soaked in sweat, they immediately offered me water and paper towels—such a thoughtful touch. They were friendly and welcoming the whole time. The necklace was repaired a few days later at a very fair price. I’ll definitely recommend them and will be back.

Terrific store in the Jewelry District. Stella was lovely and very helpful, and John Landsberg couldn’t have been nicer. Their prices are also very competitive. We’ll be back. We went back a year later and had the same great experience with Jessica. Very happy with their service and merchandise. Now, we have gone back a third year and have the same high praise for Jessica and the company. We had Jessica custom make a necklace and it came out beautifully. Not sure how you can top their service and quality.
