Apparently there is no physical storefront here for Kombucha Town anymore. It's a bit confusing since there's still a sign for it outside. But they have kombucha on tap at the Hawaiian restaurant. I think some of the other reviews were posted when they still had a storefront here

I signed up for a monthly subscription shipments and never received a shipment 1 month. I contacted them and showed them the tracking number showing the package never left the warehouse and they still refused to send the shipment or refund my money. $144/month I was paying for nothing. These guys suck.

Overall they make a good product but their customer service is seriously lacking. My wife was a monthly subscriber but we recently got a box of Cascadian Hops that had no carbonation and pretty much only tasted like vinegar. We even picked up a couple from the store and they tasted the same way. This is usually a great kombucha and this was obviously a flaw in the batch. She tried contacting then twice through email to earn them about the batch and to get a refund for this case but it has been three weeks and no one has responded to either email. We ended up just canceling our subscription. It is a shame because it was one bad batch but it is too expensive to order a case at a time and receive a case that was undrinkable.

Why aren't you eating here? This cute corner of downtown holds a brilliant little shop that has some high end deliciousness. Their pork belly is to die for, crispy and rich. They serve it with watermelon, and the acidity balances the dish. Their wings are crispy and juicy. My favorite dish was the Loco Moco. It seems super basic, but the seasoning elevates it from simple to a joy to eat. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. The space is pretty and the staff are personable, too.

Some of the best kombucha that I have ever had! I love the Cascade hops. Just have to find a location closer to Tacoma that carries it!

Kombucha was so good I bought a subscription. They have now billed me twice for orders I did NOT place after my subscription ended. I have emailed them at least 5 times and left a voicemail to get this sorted and no response. Terrible customer service in that regard. And now something that should have been easy to sort out is now terribly unpleasant. This has been an awful experience for me and I will not be purchasing from them again. In sum, delicious kombucha, terrible customer service, subscribers beware.
