I discovered Dallas through instagram and could not be more happier with her work. From my first appointment to my follow up appointment she was so professional. As I sat down in the chair I explained to her what I was looking for and she most certainly fulfilled my goals. She explained everything she was doing to me before she did it and was there to answer any questions for me. I love all the work I've had done by Nurse Dallas. She is simply THE BEST! I used to see her at her previous work place and was super excited to see she has her own business now! I have had filler, botox and filler disolver (of work done by others) from her and she is by far the best injector I have ever been to. I moved to Germany 4 years ago and now travel back to Savannah to have all my work done by her because no one else has the skill and talent that she has (I tried other injectors around both Frankfurt AND London). She has an eye for making everything extremely natural looking and ensures you get exactly the look you are going for. I highly recommend her and her new Tox Medspa!

I absolutely love everything about Tox Medspa! The minute you walk in the door you’re immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The ambience is so beautiful, you can really tell a lot of thought and care was put into every single room. I’m not sure how this place has not gone viral just from the aesthetics alone. I had the pleasure to have Dallas as my injector today. Dallas has a way of making you feel so comfortable and relaxed, she doesn’t try to sell you on the latest trends. Dallas has such an amazing genuine sprit I can’t stop singing her praises. Dallas is extremely knowledgeable and it clearly shows in her work.
