Jake and Joel did some work for me today - putting in a new door lock and swapping out double glazing handles on several windows... really friendly guys, knowledgeable, helpful, did a great job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend. Reasonable rates and all costs discussed beforehand.

Jake came out at short notice after my mum lost her keys and was really helpful from start to finish. He changed the lock quickly, explained everything clearly, and fitted a better, more secure lock than what was there before. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced — Would definitely recommend.

Sash windows replaced with double glazed uPVC. Impressed by politeness, advice, being open to questions, being informed of progress and patience explaining technical issues. Efficient and cooperative. Would happily use for further jobs.

Contacted Jake as my door lock was broken and I couldn’t lock it and his reviews were great. Well he certainly didn’t disappoint and lived up to all the well deserved great reviews. He came over within an hour and changed the lock. He did such a great job that you wouldn’t even know it was changed! Great communication, reasonably priced and is genuinely very kind and considerate, he even tidied up before he left! I can’t thank him enough for helping me out. Highly recommended and would most certainly be using his service again.

Came back from my daughter's swimming lesson at 20:30 to our failed front door lock. Jake was a perfect gentleman and professional from beginning to end. Brilliant job, which was really tricky. He got us into the house, most importantly, but equally important we were confident that we were safe. Wonderful value for money and transparent. The multipoint gearbox failed on our front door. The gentleman from this company responded promptly, provided a quote, and he and a colleague completed the job the following day.
All in all, an excellent service was provided. I will not hesitate to contact JCarter Locksmiths for help and advice should the need arise in the future.
