Have used Halo a few times for our local ocean swimming group. I have to say excellent service, nothing’s drama, emails are replied to promptly and the product is great. Highly recommend.

Sorry you feel that way Luke even after I processed the refund. I had explained that you had paid for graphic design which we had completed and you had approved. So the team had already done the work on that so I couldn't refund on a service we had already provided. I was more than happy to refund you on the tee we didn't print even though it is against our policy. Hope no one takes this review as a tarnish on our great reputation that we work very very hard on. Sorry you felt compelled to do this Luke, all the best :)
I would give these guys a million stars if I could. The most efficient, amazing customer service and the quality of the shirt is insane.

As a designer, I really recommend Halo print as a printer that is made for designers. Their shop is a designer's dream, the service was great, I appreciate that they checked the details of my print file to let me know about parts that could be improved, and I was really happy with the quality of the shirt and print I got, and they even got mine ahead of schedule when I asked which is amazing.
