I don’t usually leave reviews after a single visit, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Greenlight Pet Hospital. We were there under heartbreaking circumstances—to say goodbye to our 18‑year‑old cat due to declining quality of life.
What truly stood out was the compassion and care shown from start to finish. I want to specifically recognize Dr. Shimp for her patience, kindness, and genuine empathy throughout the entire process. While I’m sure this is a procedure they handle often, it never felt routine. They took their time, never rushed us, and maintained a sense of humanity that made an unbearable moment a little more manageable.
I can’t speak to other services at this facility, but if they show this level of care during the hardest part of pet ownership, I’m confident your pet will be in good hands. If the need arises in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to return or seek their guidance.
Thank you for helping us through such a difficult goodbye
