I hauled a load from NY to PA for Jack and then did a local run for the same customer. When I delivered the second load Jack said he had one going to CT but didn't know where then he says he has a guy on it he's just waiting on paperwork. I explained this to the customer when he asked if I could take it to CT. The owner called Jack and told him he was loading me since I was already there. Now Jack is bad mouthing my company on broker sites. Maybe he should be asking himself why the customer loaded me instead of Jacks truck. Be careful hauling for Jack because if his feelings get hurt he'll bad mouth you.

They picked up a load for me in March from Palm Beach, Florida to Jacksonville Port, Florida, and the driver went missing with my load. Till today, I have not received my goods. I contacted G&G multiple times to retrieve my money or compensate me, but there has been no response. The owner, Frank, even promised to call me so we could discuss, but I never heard back. Months have passed, and still no delivery, no call, no resolution. When there is an issue, they run away and give excuses. They don’t care about your business — it’s only about the money they want to collect.

Terrible experience from start to finish. My car showed up days late with no updates or explanation, and when it finally arrived, it had visible damage that wasn’t there before.
I tried reaching out to customer support, but no one seemed to take responsibility or offer a real solution. Trusting them with my vehicle was a mistake. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Extremely dissatisfied with this car transport company. My vehicle arrived much later than promised, and there was zero communication during the delay. When it finally showed up, there were scratches on the exterior that weren’t there before. Customer service was unhelpful and kept passing me around with no resolution. I trusted them with my car and completely regret it. Would not recommend.
