Together with my team, I took part in the Insights Discovery Workshop, which was led by Daniel Cruz. I am generally rather closed to such workshops, but with his very committed, friendly and engaging manner, Daniel managed to get me fully involved in the tasks, which meant that I was able to learn a lot about myself and how to deal/communicate with third parties.
