Saturday, January 17, 2026 was our 22nd wedding anniversary and what better way to celebrate than to visit this amazing spot! We reserved our spots for their encounter tour and it did not disappoint! Jordana and Rae were our Guides and they did a wonderful job of showing us this beautiful park and their knowledge of the animals is impeccable! Jordana and Rae have such great personalities and they're definitely suited for the job! We loved every aspect of the tour but, feeding one of the resident giraffes (Phoenix) was the highlight of our visit! Thanks for a great visit and for maintaining such a beautiful park for all to enjoy. We'll be back very soon!! ~George & Patty

We had the best time during our stay at the Park in early Dec! We did an Encounter Tour first - it was very cold and a bit rainy and we were the only 2 onboard but our 2 tour guides were so great and made the tour so much fun! We then stayed in the giraffe suite for one night and it was incredible. Before we arrived we didn't know that there was only one giraffe suite so that was a nice surprise. The room is so spacious and comfortable. We brought a cooler with some food and drinks. When we got there we said to each other 'I wonder how long you can stare at giraffes without getting bored.' ... well the answer is there is no time limit! We sat and watched them all night and it never got boring or old. I can't wait to go back and do it again some time. Highly recommend

I am an old geezer and when I was a kid we'd all go to zoos, and the animals all sat around in cages looking suicidal. But, at least in this area, progress has been remarkable. At the Georgia Safari park, the wild animals have hundreds of acres to roam at their leisure. You travel through the park on tour trucks and you get very good looks at all of them without disturbing them. And there's a wide assortment of furry creatures to enjoy..... alpacas, ostriches, buffalo, giraffes, and many others who've most of us have never heard of. This was my second visit and I can't recommend it more. The tour guides are exceptionally knowledgeable! They are all college-educated experts in the fields of .....whatever they call the study of wild animals. (Our guides yesterday were Jamie and Elise.) This is the best wild animal experience you can have short of going to deepest darkest Africa itself.

I highly recommend Georgia Safari! This tour is perfect for all ages. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for an encounter. If you are here for more than a day try a stay at the lodge or tent experience. Jaime and Jordana made our experience even better.

The experience was similar to other drive through safaris, in that there were plenty of groups of animals to view in the fields. I would like to have seen more animals such as cats, but they are acquiring more animals as they grow. Presentation was good, directions at the location, not so good. Luckily we were able to figure things out fairly easily. Kids would enjoy. Wish we could've gone into the Giraffe barn instead of just standing outside looking at which one might come out. Would like to have seen the work that goes into maintaining these animals.
