Mid December 2025, I approached First Maid Pte Ltd at their Bukit Timah office to recruit a helper for my elderly mother. I am impressed with the friendly staff who clearly understood our needs. Suitable Bio-datas, interviews, updates and advice on necessary actions for MOM applications were prompt and clearly well given by experienced staff. So far, good experience with this Maid agency.

Highly recommended. I contacted FirstMaid to request handling some documentations for my current Filipino helper's home leaves. All of our communication was over WhatsApp, but Ken, Amy, and Vera...all the staff were all very responsive, obliging, polite and helpful. Now I'm relieved as I know to whom I should go for any FDW-related issues and processes in future.
