I stopped in today to mail out a doormat and they were incredible. They went out of their way to make sure it wouldn't shift around in the box. They also kept my son entertained while I was filling out all the information. They gave me the most reasonable price for where I was shipping to (Alaska) and gave me all the info I needed. I highly recommend them for you shipping needs.

I stopped in to ship a package internationally. The staff were so friendly and helpful! They recommended a more reinforced box to ensure no damage (something stronger than my cereal box), then priced the various boxes choices for the least expensive shipping option. Even helped me repackage the item using their packing materials and tape! I tried a different company prior to visiting Express Mail and they quoted me 3x as much as could care less about my flimsy box. Their location is a little far from me but based on the experience and their service, they are a go to! Highly recommend!

Everyone in this place is SO nice! I decided to come here whenever I have packages to be returned instead of the nearby post office. I recently had my neighbor return a package to the post office when I was recovering from surgery and they wouldn't even give her a receipt! Then I discovered this Express Mail site takes USPS returns, UPS, really everything but the Amazon returns that don't provide a prepaid label. I love going here!
