I started the ordering process with MEC a couple months ago and the whole process was amazing. I worked with Nada and she was so helpful. I went through so many design revisions and the whole team was responsive and patient. It started with me sending in my concepts ideas, going through their site and looking at designs that matched my vision. From their they sent me some images that were in line with my vision and we narrowed it down. They then created a few concept images. I selected my favorite and we then spent a few weeks tweaking the design until it was absolutely perfect. They sent over renderings of what it would look like in my kitchen. They matched the dimensions of my shelves, rangehood, and drew up it up to the exact look of my kitchen. Once we got the design down, they created the mosaic. The mosaic looks way more stunning than the concept. I am still waiting on the product and will update with images once it is received.

We worked with MEC to create a starburst concept in blues and purples for above the bathtub. MEC was easy to work with; they sent a sample after the concept was determined, and what they delivered is nothing short of AMAZING. We had been wishing to install a mosaic in a disused telephone niche in our 1940s era Art Deco home in Miami for some time. We researched multiple companies, contacted several and selected MEC for our project. We were introduced to Sabah to assist us throughout the entire process. He asked a multitude of questions and we provided photos of the space and some renderings of what we were thinking. He and his team took our ideas and presented us with a mock-up of their design. It couldn’t have been more perfect. He asked about the colors already extant in the space and adjoining rooms and if we wanted the design to reflect them. We readily agreed. Last week, the mosaic arrived. We opted to install it on a wooden board so that in future it could be easily removed. The process was simple and easy (we have experience in tile work and smaller, less complicated mosaic work). The finished piece not only blends seamlessly with our home, but also serves as a stunning exclamation point. We couldn’t have been happier with the mosaic annd are very appreciate of Sabah, his design team and of course, the craftspeople who so flawlessly created it. We have already provided MEC’s contact information to several friends! Thank you so much!
