What a great costumer service with a smile, I would give it 10 stars if I could! I got in touch with Estuary Fire to have a check up as I had an inspection coming up the very next day & spoke to a lovely gentleman called Mark what a great chap so friendly yet so professional came out the very next day and literally helped me do the lot everything I needed took he’s time to explain everything and done a great job at my restaurant, would highly recommend and will not be using any other company apart from these guys thank you so much Mark your the man!!
Mark of Estuary Fire Protection is a true professional. After I called him to enquire about having my fire alarm system and 2 fire extinguishers tested and certified - he was able to make an appointment quickly and without me having to wait several weeks like everyone else I had called. (Unfortunately the guy who I had used in the past had died) so I needed to find someone to replace him. Mark was very thorough and made sure that everything was up to date safety wise - which in turn makes me feel much safer in my home. Therefore I wouldn’t hesitate in highly recommending this company.

Estuary Fire have only been in partnership with HSE Group for a short while but it's a partnership we hope continues to blossom in the future. Very professional, reliable and competent as what they do. Great partnership so far delivering our Fire Extinguisher Servicing, Fire Alarm Servicing, Emergency Lighting Servicing and Remedials.
We have had an amazing experience with the Estuary team. They came out at short notice and advised and fitting everything we needed. Cleaned and tidied up after themselves and can highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
