Dock Experts did an incredible job replacing our seawall and enhancing our deck to help us launch our kayaks easier! It was refreshing to work with professionals who do a job right the first time! Working with Dock Experts it was a big difference from our experience with Dock Masters (the company name Joel operated under back in 2015 when his company installed the original wall and repaired 3 times in just 10 years before the wall they did fully failed and we hired Dock Experts to replace it for us. Tom Brooks isn’t like Joel… he does cut corners for his customers and hires quality staff like Marc, Brandon, Everton and Blake. We highly recommend Dock Experts to anyone needing a seawall or dock! Do yourself a favor…use Tom/Dock Experts and avoid at all cost working with any company Joel is operating under now.

As far as jobs go for The Dock Experts, ours have been very small, but you would never know it by the service we have received. From the very beginning, Jessica has been amazing! Parker is extremely knowledgeable and was very prompt in his responses and his scheduling. And then the lift installation team, Chad, Mike, Dillan and Austin, GREAT as well! The clean-up during and after the job was exceptional. Each of these six individuals were a pleasure to work with, answered every question we had, and kept the communication flowing. We will absolutely use The Dock Experts again if the need arises, and would highly recommend them.

Great experience all around. Heather and Patrick were easy to work with at the office in terms of understanding the services that I needed and then quicklyscheduling my appointment. Steve and Alan arrived at the job site on time and were professional throughout Thursday. They quickly addressed my needs and left the area cleaner than they found it. My lift is working flawlessly again. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They have earned a repeat customer out of me for sure.

They did my 134' new seawall in 2025 and did a great job, I am now under contract to finish the concrete doc with them and I hope it turns out as good as the seawall. I do feel they are a little slow but I am sure they are very busy, I have referred them to all my clients since they did my seawall. Capt. Lynch is a very good part of this company.

The Dock Experts were able to provide a full design, permit process and complete multiple projects for my company. They really are the easy button when it comes to marine construction. From the first phone call to the final walk through, they proved to be professional, had phenomenal communication, and were punctual on our timeline for completion. Did I mention, their prices were competitive as well. That is hard to find with a large company. It was refreshing to have someone I did not have to worry about. The product they delivered was unmatched.

Chris and James performed a complete boathouse lift service, swapped cables, adjusted all components as scheduled and right on time. Coordination was very responsive and helpful. Dock Experts: I absolutely deserve five stars from beginning to end. Working with Gary was an absolute pleasure?he was truly the best, and I honestly loved working with him. The construction crew who handled the framing were also excellent. I don?t remember all their names, but they were on time, professional, and just genuinely good people. What really exceeded my expectations was Mr. Kyle Clement. He came through for me in every way. He oversaw the rest of the construction with incredible attention to detail?down to the smallest things. I?ll admit, I can be very particular, but he handled everything with patience and skill.
