Diamond port was the 2nd place of 3 that I had shortlisted. I felt ok after the 1st place but nothing stood out. Then I met Rhys from DP and saw the Hibiscus style ring and I was smitten. I contemplated cancelling the 3rd shop, but went from curiosity. It only affirmed that Diamond Port was the place for me! Rhys was excellent in helping get the right styling for me, and I can confirm that the end product was as amazing as I envisaged. I’d highly recommend DP - could not be happier and I can’t wait to get my wedding ring from them 😊

Diamondport was an amazing experience from start to finish. If you’re looking to custom design a ring or purchase an engagement ring, I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough. My partner and I first met with Karis to discuss the design and overall vision for the ring. Karis is incredibly talented and helped bring our ideas to life — she even created a CAD design so we could see exactly how the ring would look before it was made. Once the design was finalised, Karis helped me find the perfect diamond. We went back and forth until she found the perfect diamond I absolutely loved, and the whole process was simple, smooth, and stress-free. The team truly knows their craft, and I’m so grateful for the ring I was able to give my now fiancée. Even after the ring was finished, Ashley took great care of us through the post engagement consultation (that’s an experience in itself).Overall, an incredible experience and amazing customer service. My fiancée and I couldn’t be happier with their work 10/10 would recommend to anyone I could. To the team at DiamondPort, thank you so much!

Last March, after years of a missing stone in my Michael Hill Jewellers engagement set, I decided to book in for a replacement stone at Diamondport. I wish I had booked in earlier. I was immediately met by Ash with warmth, kindness and the best quality care I’ve ever had in a jeweller. He didn’t try to upsell me, or judge the sentimental nature of my wedding set (no matter how worn after being married 16 years), I didn’t want an upgrade, I wanted a repair. Ash explained with such love and care why the invisible setting had failed, replaced the original stones with a single princess cut diamond, resized them and completely restored them - all beautifully polished. They look better than the day I was married, still over a year later! I highly recommend Diamondport and the team. There’s no comparison to the knowledge and experience I received, and I am forever grateful. Joanne

Rhys and the team at Diamond Port have been the best to deal with. I came to them for a custom made Diamond engagement ring and they did a amazing job! From day one Rhys was amazing, he made sure i was looked after like family the whole time! He worked with me perfectly the whole time. I tell everyone to go to Diamond Port. They really are the best around. Don't bother shopping around there the best priced to haha. I went everywhere.
