Hugo fitted a new boiler and kitchen sink for us! He was extremely knowledgeable and reliable, and made the whole experience stress free! He was thorough whilst showing us the different settings of our new boiler.

Lovely Hugo from Cove Heating serviced my boiler and rads, my rads are finally perfectly balanced, plus he connected an outside sink to the waste pipe, He was super polite, efficient and accommodating plus left everything clean before he left. I asked for a power flush which he advised me that I didn’t need and would be a waste of money, so refreshing and reassuring, thanks from Jess

After a DIY mishap I over-pressurised my boiler. Hugo attended my property and quickly assessed the fault. Rather than rushing to recommend expensive new parts he took the time and care to minimise the cost to me and to get my boiler working. He even came back to check without charging me.
What makes Hugo stand apart from other gas engineers is care, and the time he takes to ensure the customer is happy. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to friends and family. A top bloke and a consummate professional.

Arrived home to find a large water stain on my downstairs ceiling! Called Hugo (suggested by a friend) and he was able to come over out of business hours to have a look and was able to locate the issue without any damage to ceilings or flooring as I thought might have to be the case and he rectified the problem, replacing a leaking valve on the spot. He also looked at some issues we had with toilets and came back 48hrs later to replace the internals on two cisterns. Excellent service and transparent and fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend!

After a year of not being able to shower without the bathroom becoming flooded, Hugo came in and worked his professional magic! Reasonably priced, reliable and all round lovely guy. Would highly recommend. I'm a very satisfied, (and squeaky clean), customer!

This is the guy you need if you want the job done exceptionally well. I chose after Hugo after seeing the very thorough quote he did at my house. I had 3 other quotes but only Hugo looked under the floorboards & carefully assessed the job which was to move the boiler.
I'm so happy I went with Hugo. He didn't complain once even though i had so many complex requests of where exactly i wanted the pipes. He worked super hard & everything was done to the highest standard. Many thanks Hugo

I was extremely fortunate to have employed a truly excellent local plumbing/heating business -Cove Heating and Gas Services Ltd.
I needed a new combi/toilet installed which required new pipe work and isolation valves to be installed in discreet but accessible positions to ensure a great final look.
I spoke with Hugo the owner of the business to arrange a date and time to come and give me a quote and he arrived precisely as agreed. He listened carefully to what I needed and he provided me with a quote which was far more realistic than a couple of others that I had been given. We agreed a date and time to do the job, and he arrived dead on time.
He completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. I would go so far as to say he is a perfectionist and clearly takes great pride and pleasure in his work.
Hugo is very polite and professional I would look to employ the business for all future needs and would thoroughly recommend him. He went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you 10/10

Hugo did an great small job with our outdoor tap, quickly diagnosed the issue, suggested a cost-effective solution (replacing the tap) and booking us in the same week. He was punctual, profesional and polite. It now works perfectly and we are very happy. I would highly reccomend Cove Heating for those looking for high quality plumbing and heating services at a fair price, we will be using them again.
