The worst customer service I have ever experienced for the most expensive thing I've purchased. The website will tell you delivery is 2 weeks out at a maximum. It has been 6 weeks since we have purchased. The company has not made any attempts to reach out to us. We have reached out to them several times and have been told the same non-answer for 3 weeks. If you intend to purchase any of their products, you should purchase it elsewhere because at this point I think I've been scammed.

Chris delivered our Connex container and did just a fantastic job. This is from Connex West exactly what we ordered placed it easily in our yard where I wanted it and I just can’t say enough about a smooth easy transaction. It’s also nice. Will you have a strange delivery person coming to your house that they are skilled talented Platt courteous and a pleasure to work with and Chris was all of that.

We paid in full for a office container almost 2 months ago and never received any updates from Conexwest. After multiple attempts to get an update via email and phone calls I finally reached someone and was informed our sales rep no longer worked there and that she would find out where our order was and get me a delivery date. Again no call back or email. Called again and was told our office container was still in manufacturing and there was no information on why or when it would be complete and that they would look into it further and get back to me. Again, no call no email. I called again and was told it was ready and they would transfer me to the local office for a delivery update only to find out the order number they were looking at was not mine. Today I decided to cancel my order and get a refund as they still couldn't commit to a delivery date for my order. If you order from this company be aware of how unorganized they are and the difficulty you will have getting customer service.

Does not pay transportation services for container deliveries
We have been trying to collect payment for services rendered for months. We dont get answers through the phone when we call. We have had no response via the emails we have sent. Communication is poor and they have owed this money for some time now. This is not good business to us.

DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!! I rented a container from this company and paid in full for two months. The container was picked up, but even after two months, I’m still receiving automated emails saying I have an unpaid invoice. The emails even warn that if payment isn’t received after three attempts, they’ll send it to collections.
It’s been over a week that I’ve been trying to reach the company, none of my emails have been answered, and no one from customer service or accounting picks up the phone!! On top of that, my credit card keeps getting charged every month!
Save yourself the headache and go with another company. Once they get your payment, they stop caring about you.

Poor Communication, and delivery contractors.
ORDERED and paid for in FULL A 20FT CONTAINER, Poor communication, doesn't have good set up with delivery companies. Matheus Gomes wanted to deliver almost a week later. I told them if that was case, refund it and Ill go elsewhere. Had eta of Tuesday, no phone call, no email, until I blew up their phone and missed 3/4 of a day running a retail shop..... then they want to deliver Friday. I deal with 600 companies on a daily basis... guess who I wont recommend.

bait and switch
Placed an order, delivery scheduled for yesterday. Confirmed via email and they even charged my card all while promising delivery on 9/10. 9/10 comes, no contact. I had to reach out to them to ask what was going on and was given a vague answer about a broken lift and potential sourcing of the container from a different yard. No update for hours afterward on whether or not that was happening. When I reached out this morning they told me delivery wouldn’t happen until the 15th. 5 days later than promised and 6 days after they charged my credit card. Very disappointed with this company.

Renters Be warned!! I rented a shipping container from Conexwest and the delivery scheduling was very disorganized. Manuel did not return calls or emails. The container has since been picked up and I am still getting billed. I called to get refunded on auto drafts still being deducted form my account and the same day they said it would be fixed I got another payment drafted form my account, which was 7 days after the last draft and I was on a monthly. I have since received 3 more invoices and every time I call, which by the way I have to call multiple times a day to get someone to answer, I am told accounts receivable person will fix it and then I get another invoice for a container that I no longer rent.
Jeni was awesome I had a conflict with an appointment I had and Jen made arrangements to work with my time Frame for delivery
Chris, my delivery driver was professional and what a driver back into a tight spot worked with me and didn’t leave till I was happy. Jen and Chris were both very easy to work with would use them again.five stars easily
