Better selection on line. No physical gift cards available when I called into Shop..got paper voucher with QR code in plain window envelope... disappointed but as had traveled into store to get a physical voucher card..took the paper voucher

You’re absolutely right that we have a wider selection available online. Our physical shop is more limited for space, whereas our online stock is held in a much larger warehouse. At this time of year in particular, stock moves very quickly and suppliers can run out of certain lines, which can make it difficult to have absolutely everything available in store at all times.
We also do have physical gift cards available in store, so if this wasn’t your experience when you called in, we’re very sorry about that and I’ll certainly look into it.

Purchased a Jigsaw online and had a great experience.
Website easy to browse, found what I needed very easily, delivery was super fast too. Well packaged. Quality of the jigsaw was great, beautiful colours. I would recommend this place a million times, it is now my first choice when buying toys online.

I ordered two games from this company after seeing how highly recommended they were on the website. I was looking for something that I, my son, and the wider family could all enjoy together, and these games were perfect. They’re simple but very clever games, and we’ve really enjoyed playing them.
What impressed me most was the delivery speed, they arrived within 24–48 hours, even though I placed the order on a Saturday night. I also received a confirmation request asking if the games had arrived, which was something I hadn’t seen before and thought was smart.
When I later saw the review request, I was more than happy to respond, as its customer service is part of their ethos.

I was unsure of which product to buy and live across the country so couldn't go see for myself. I rang up and the person who answered not only made suggestions, but described the items in full and as it was a book with songs, played it over the phone for me so I could hear the sound quality. My 3 year old grandchild loves them and can work the books herself.
Ordered item made. Delivered within 24hours. When arrived it was covered it black bags and image of item could not be seen. This was not requested just done, means a lot 10/10 service forever recommend after this good service.
