After having a dreadful experience at another sauna company in Melbourne called 'Citycave' it was a breath of fresh air attending Fresh treatments. One of the main differences between both companies is that Fresh does not have an expiry date to use pre paid sessions, and you can pay for 4 infrared saunas in a pack and get the 5th session free. These two factorsn really pleased & impressed me compared to what I've experienced before, and the staff were friendly and the facilities very inviting. I loved the sauna and the cryotherapy and will be back.

I've been frequenting this place for a few years now and can honestly say hand on heart I have never had a bad experience.
Staff always friendly, infrared sauna always clean as is the hypo chambers. IV drips are all done with care and professionalism. I seriously can not recommend this place enough.

Their infrared sauna is top-notchm one of the best I’ve ever used. Unlike other places I’ve been to, they go the extra mile by providing a towel, water, and access to a shower, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable and convenient. What really stood out was that no one was booked after me, so I was allowed to take my time at no extra charge! The space was clean, peaceful, and well-thought-out. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

From the very beginning, they were warm, patient, and completely transparent, and they offered me one of the best packages available in the market. I didn’t end up proceeding with the IV infusions purely because of the ongoing maintenance costs, but I really want to acknowledge the exceptional customer care provided by the team at Fresh.
What truly stood out was their integrity — even after I decided not to go ahead, they processed a full refund without any hesitation, which is quite rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to genuine customer service.
Although I haven’t taken up the treatment this time, my experience with their professionalism and kindness has been outstanding. If I ever choose to start IV infusions in the future, Fresh will definitely be the place I return to. Highly recommended for their honesty, care, and exceptional service.

My usual places were booked out so I tried Fresh for a Vitamin C treatment. Hard to notice any affect . More expensive than other places and treatment over well inside 30 minutes which was quite surprising.Further to my treatment the owner explained dosage strengths and why treatment was shorter , to my satisfaction , Tony

We are surprised that you noted that our Vitamin C is more expensive than other places as we are pretty competitive even though we use strictly tested approved Vitamin C from the laboratory, Biological Therapies. We will look to give you a call to discuss this as it would be interesting to find out for certain since unlike other places we don’t charge for scripting or consultations and our prices start from $162 for high dose Vitamin C IV.
We understand that you may want your drip completed slower, some want it as fast as possible to be completed sooner, but if you would like to give us a chance in the future this will be an easy fix for us to just slow down the drip rate at the press of a button. Please allow some time to feel any benefits as they do vary however blood tests can accurately detect whether you have an increase in vitamins levels.
