We had a gas leak in the line to our fireplace. In March 2025, CityWide’s plumbers, Robert Esposito and Jose Rodriguez, in consultation with their manager Dan Gardner, decided to put in a new gas line instead of trying to locate the exact source of the leak, which would have led to opening much of the walls and ceilings. Robert and Jose were professional and courteous and explained everything that had to be done. They were caring and supportive of our concerns throughout the process. I would definitely recommend CityWide for any plumbing issues in your home.

I had a clogged tub & sink
My Landlord Elaine C. called City Wide, will send someone today, got a call that technian was on his way. I believe name was Trejo, he was very pleasant & did an excellent job unclogling tub, the sink was a little problem but was very knowledgeable unclogling sink. Even cleaned up area was working on
Very happy with their service & will recommend to others.
Thomas went above and beyond! Would use them again. Fixed 2 pipe ruptures in extreme cold.

I called at 11pm the eve of the snowstorm. Thankfully they were able to send over Keston, who could not have been nicer. He actually explained to me what was going on and why, and went the extra steps to make sure everything was good before he left. Keston made a problem situation calmer with his friendly and professional way.
