I was treated by Heather, who was truly wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. My skin already looks and feels fantastic. Dr. Hong is exceptional and has an incredible understanding of what your body needs, all while making you feel completely comfortable and cared for. And I can’t say enough great things about Jackie, who supports and reassures you every step of the way—she truly goes above and beyond. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and highly professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, valued, and well taken care of. I’m here for a Performance and Recovery Infusion and it’s been a great experience so far! The staff are super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The infusion itself feels amazing —almost like a mini runner’s high! Looking forward to seeing improvements in my weight lifting and soreness this week. Exciting. If you’re looking for a boost in recovery or just want to feel recharged, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. Everything feels very professional and relaxing — I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve tried so many different skin treatments over the years, but this is honestly the first time I’ve seen results that make me feel genuinely confident. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff really is so knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule. I had a combination of BBL, MOXI, and pro fractional laser treatments, and Heather was amazing throughout the whole process. She explained everything in a way that made sense and helped calm my nerves, especially since I was a little anxious at first. She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also kind and patient. I went to see Heather for a Moxi and BBL laser facial rejuvenation treatment. It was amazing! I am really excited about the results. I turn 59 in 4 days and this was the perfect way to celebrate! It's been 4 weeks and my face looks amazing. Heather is extremely professional and very thorough, she takes her time and gives you a great experience. It's not painful and very little downtime. I can't wait to go back for a second treatment. Highly recommend.

My experience with Heather was amazing, she recommended the BBL and VI chemical Peel after the first treatment I’ve see a major change on my skin, after 2 month of the treatment I went back for a second round of treatment but this time we add on with Dermaplaning! My skin is as smooth as a baby bottom now!!

🌟 My Moxi Laser Experience at Bellevue Skin and Wellness – 5 Stars! 🌟 Thank you, Bellevue Skin and Wellness! It is together and part of the Bellevue Surgery Center in Bellevue. I had my first Moxi and BBL laser treatment done 4 days ago, and I’m already seeing signs that it’s working! The procedure was gentle and surprisingly comfortable. The provider and Heather explained everything clearly, and I felt like I was in great hands. After the session, my face was a bit red and warm, which was expected. By day 2–3, I started noticing tiny dark specks on my skin (called MENDS) — totally normal and a sign that the laser is doing its job. I’ve been following aftercare instructions closely: gentle skincare, sunscreen (I love my EltaMD SPF 50+), and staying out of the sun and heat. What I appreciate most is that Moxi is non-invasive but still targets melasma, pigmentation, and texture — which are my main concerns. I’m being patient and letting my skin heal naturally, and I can already tell that it’s going to look brighter and more even once the MENDS finish shedding. I would definitely recommend Moxi to anyone looking for a low-downtime laser treatment that actually delivers results — especially for melasma or early signs of sun damage.
