Would HIGHLY recommend, we had some issues with another vet company but beacon did everything to help and diagnose the issue and resolved it within a couple of days! Cant thank them enough!!

Perfectionism & it was free. The vet knew her stuff, very polite & friendly, and treated my pet with the respect she deserves.. Fair play, the first visit at Newquay was a good experience but it went downhill from there. I was advised to bring my dog back before her spaying to check that all was okay before the spaying, went ahead no charges advised.. I took her to the new Par branch, they checked her over & than had the cheek to charge me,NO CHARGES ADVISED BEFORE VISIT. After I made a complaint they refunded me my money. After trying to sort out the next visit & nobody knowing where they stood about charging for pre spaying visits, I lost all confidence in this vet , nobody knows what the right hand is doing in my experience . I decided to go back to my old vet.. Do your homework before changing vet’s ..

Made an out of hours call regarding my cat. Service i received was excellent, good advice . Called back an hour later to say I was still concerned, took him in to see the vet,service i received when I arrived from beginning to end was first class. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

We were referred to Beacon Vet Care for Dolly (our chocolate lab) to have surgery on both rear cruciate ligaments. From the minute we walked through the door, we had a warm welcome. Our vet Marco & the veterinary nurses were wonderful, incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. I knew that I’d be leaving Dolly in safe hands. Communication was excellent & we were kept up to date on everything. Thank you to you all 🤩
