Bartorelli have been taking care of our Freezers and Fridges now since June, the annual maintenance contract we have with them is worth every penny! Twice they have been called out to resolve temperature issues and both times arrived within 2 hours to fix. Excellent service.

Very unprofessional and rude. The driver clearly needs to revisit the Highway Code. They treated the give-way lines as continuation lines, forced their way through, and then beeped at me when they nearly caused a collision. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Drivers should know the basics of the road before putting others at risk.

I contacted Bartorelli Refrigeration to repair my Polar commercial freezer, because the temperature control appeared defective. The engineer discovered that the control was working correctly but I was performing the reset procedure incorrectly due to very badly worded instructions in the freezer instructions. Despite having to pay a costly callout fee I cannot fault the engineer who took the time to show me the temperature control reset procedure and was a credit to his company. Thanks Bartorelli Refrigeration.
