I’ve been really enjoying the Atlantic water heater—especially the Wi-Fi app and the efficiency of the dual-tank system.
When it recently stopped working, Eric went above and beyond to help, even late on a Friday. When Mark, the technician, came by, he was extremely professional, arrived fully prepared with all the necessary parts, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.

Good morning
I had a water heater Atlantic that was still in under guarantee. Yesterday Mr Eric Bonello contacted me saying that today a technician would come over to see what the problem is. The technician a very polite and efficient changed the water heater and took the other one away. Thank you for such efficient service
