Dr Patrick came to our house and made a difficult situation easier and more comfortable for our dog and my family. 11 1/2 yrs of wonderful memories with our dog. He was given respectful farewell he deserved. The process was explained and not rushed. Dr Patrick took our dear Jax to the cremation place as well for us. Glad we done this at home. Would recommend this service anytime.

Farewell to my beagle Dr Patrick was so kind to myself and my beautiful flash. Flash’s time was up so we had a beautiful ceremony to send him off. We took our time to say goodbye. It’s never easy, but Dr Patrick supported me through out the whole time. A true gentleman. Thank you for giving flash the dignity he deserved. He truely was a beautiful beagle. No longer in so much pain. Thank you Dr Patrick. Sarah & Flash x

For something that was so hard to do, Dr Patrick made it such a beautiful experience this morning. His empathy, care and compassion shone throughout the process. He was AMAZING with our 4 young kids who stayed throughout the whole event. Nothing was rushed and everything was explained perfectly. Every single little detail was taken care of from candles, petals, note cards for everyone to coloured ribbon, gifts for the kids, seeds to grow and so much more. Would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs him.

Dr Patrick was truly an angel for us in our time of need, when our elderly cat was showing signs of distress and we weren't sure what to do. He treated us and our pet with so much kindness, gentleness and compassion, honouring her life and her passing. We had the time and space to be with her as we said goodbye. Watching her pass so peacefully was a sacred gift that we will treasure forever. We have used Dr Patrick at Ark Angel Vet twice now for our two very senior cats. On both occasions, his visit made one of the toughest and hardest decisions much easier by supporting us with his love and understanding for the service, pets and families which really makes all the difference. Dr Patrick's service provides personalisation and comfort in your own home and is family friendly for small children to also be involved in farewelling their beloved pet. The way Dr Patrick explained everything was very informative but also very calming to know what is happening at each stage. It reassured us that we were making the right decision and to know that our pets were crossing over as peacefully as possible with their loved ones alongside them through every step. Dr Patrick's compassion and respect to the pet and families provided time alone to say our final goodbyes and then to grieve together as a family at our pace.
