Tracy offered good quality jadeite items at a really affordable rate! She also helped to take clearer photos when requested, and showed the items in different angles. She also made the bracelet shorter for my slim wrist, and put the extra bead as an additional pendant. She was also very prompt in mailing and updating the status of the shipping process, and also texting to update that the items were delivered. Stumbled onto A+ Jade whilst researching and something about how Tracy communicated made me feel very comfortable with her. It’s my first jade piece and Tracy is so patient, taking the time to explain to me the difference in pieces and being all round so amazing.
