I cannot say enough great things about this place. From start to finish John and his team were extraordinarily caring and compassionate towards our situation. Same day during an ice freeze warning they got us taken care of and treated our dog with dignity and respect. They let us take our time as we said our final goodbyes and were reasonably priced and included the box for the ashes and a keepsake included all for half the cost of what the vet was going to bill us. Thank you John and team for helping our Sasha cross over to the other side. We cant thank you enough.

We recently had to say goodbye to our dog of 18 years, Prosper, and we brought her here for cremation. The staff was very empathetic and compassionate. We really felt like their assistance was helpful for us during this process. We’ve brought two dogs to this place before Prosper and they were just as kind and understanding back then as they are now. Their service was great and very thoughtful. Thank you Angel Oaks for helping us in saying goodbye to Prosper.

Phenomenal experience! Compassionate, patient, comforting, understanding, and gentle with my 87-year-old mom when saying goodbye to her 17-year-old girl, “Precious.” I would highly recommend this professional organization. And I mean professional from the first call to the last goodbye!

My elderly cat passed away in the middle of the night. While expected it was not easy. I went online in the morning after I found him. Within 15 minutes he was picked up and transported to their facility. I anticipated a few days but they contacted me that same night that his ashes were ready to be picked up. The urn and memorial items were high quality at an affordable price. Everyone I interacted with was amazing, sympathetic, and understanding that I was grieving. I definitely recommend.

The vet came on time and explained everything that would be happening. She took one look at my sick kitty and said I was "definitely" doing the right thing. That made me feel so much better. She died so peacefully and she was treated so gently when they took her away. Thank you Angel Oaks Pet Crematory. Also, Brandon brought me her ashes and was so sweet.

The process was simple and easy for a private cremation. We called and they said we could drop off our dog anytime before closing. Once we got there, they took our pup and helped us fill out the forms with kindness and patience. We picked up the ashes and items the next day (super fast turn around). Notably, we originally requested on the complimentary item for an ink print of our pup's nose. The lady attending us told us that because of her condition (she had started to leak blood and fluids) they could only do a clay paw print. We agreed. However when we picked up the ashes, the gift was an nose print like we wanted. I assume they realized they could do the nose print and did so because they knew that's what we wanted. To me, that shows compassionate and caring service. Thank you Angel Oaks for caring for us and our late pup.

Angel Oaks came through for us at an extremely difficult time. I know they were very busy the day I called and Jon got us on the schedule the same day for in home euthanasia. The process was very smooth and peaceful for our sweet pup. They brought our baby's ashes back to us the very next day. All involved were very respectful. This has been more difficult than we imagined but doing in home service was the way to go. Thank you Jon and team for exceptional service, really appreciate it during a difficult time.

We appreciate the professional support during one of our most difficult decisions. Setting the euthanasia date was challenging because we felt uncertain, but Angel Oaks made the process flexible for us. Our dog was peacefully asleep before the vet arrived. I worried that the injecting needle might wake him and cause him to struggle, but it was gentle enough that he barely reacted. Wrapping and carrying him out was also very gentle. We were relieved to receive his ashes and paw print back quickly, within a few days. Now, it feels like he is back home again with us, knowing that part of him is with us.
