If you like supporting family businesses you better be buying here. I love this place! So many beautiful hardscape materials to check out. They're even available Saturdays for small garden projects. Friendly service by everyone we encountered (on-site, billing, delivery, etc). Jim was really helpful with figuring out our job, choosing the right block for our project (including the brand and color), choosing the caps, timely delivery, etc. They provided contact info for a local contractor who was excellent — overall a positive experience!

Watchful when you order from this company. I have ordered creek stone 1” to 3” but they deliver tiny half inch with different color. When i asked them to take it back, I have been told I don’t have choice but to pay them. I felt cheated as no decency to accept their mistake even. In contrary, they tried to threaten me. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.
(In reply to owner’s response below) Again, only thing I was expecting that owner accepts the mistake and be courteous with the customer instead blaming with lie. I paid the money because my intention is not to steal the stone. I was told that stone would be slightly different in color but they didn’t mention that it’s half in size as compared to what I ordered. I also brought the example stones with me at the time of ordering. Anyways, the situation could have been resolved little nicer way. So again, if you indeed want to order just check the stone before delivery and before they dump it on your driveway. Don’t trust.

The description was discussed and a picture was provided showing the washed stone after the complaint. If customers don't pay, they are warned and directed to collections. Thank you for paying despite your dislike in the stone.

I waited too long to have a gift certificate for Father's Day mailed to me for inclusion in a card I would've sent my dad. When I called them and asked if one could be mailed locally, one of the owners asked for my dad's address. She said she could drop it off the next day (the day before Father's Day) and even provided a card in which to put the gift certificate. Customer service excellence!

Aaron, the owner, is super nice and helpful. The women in the office are another story. My husband was asking questions to the office employees, and the lady looked at my husband and said, "you know I stopped listening to you like 5 minutes ago." We ended up spending $200 more at another place simply because of the rude service we received in the office.

When order was ready went and paid for it to be delivered. After having order delivery to home found out was short a layer of pavers I paid for and when I called back in they didn’t know anything and lady answer phone had to check and when she called me back she said they are aware that I was a layer short of pavers I ordered and were getting the rest of my pavers but couldn’t even tell me when they where to come in. I had to go in person and raise stink about the pavers cause I think they where trying to pull a fast one on me and not even get the rest of the pavers I paid for.

Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Apparently, when the manufacturer packaged your material, it was short a layer & was shortly discovered on site. The ladies who answer the phones wouldn't have all the answers and are required to pass the message on to the appropriate person. The remaining product was delivered the next morning, which is considerably fast in the times we are in. We appreciated your understanding and hope your project goes well.
Always honest, polite, and helpful. Great people and great place to get quality supplies.
