Access Care - not just a service real care
I have Access Care for my dad who is 99 years old and have Access Care to help with his needs. When my journey with Access Care began, I thought it will be a little help for dad so I can keep working. To my surprise, Access Care was a miracle, a gift from God to our family. The staff is awesome the go above and beyond. They took the time to engage with my dad, and he was so excited waiting for their daily visit. They would take him to the store let him pick and choose what he would eat that day or week. There were care rides to appointments and sometime just to get him out for a few hours. He bonded with the staff, and they became family to us. Those scarry times when he fell or had something wrong one call and they were there in minutes. I wish I had more stars to give than 5 they really care and you can tell they love their job. I love them as much as my dad does the are a true care facility in quality, but they are family when it comes to the day-to-day care. I will never be able to thank them for their services. My heart is full of gratitude, respect, and love for them. They were an answer to our prayers. My dad will be 100 in March and with the excellent care he is getting it will be a great celebration, and they will be a big part of it.
